Yes, it is possible to make a reservation on behalf of someone else. However, it is important that the name on the reservation matches the name on the payment card and insurance. Additionally, you have the option to add additional drivers to the booking agreement.
The cost of booking a car with Monarq varies depending on the duration. Our 24-hour booking prices range from $220 to $1,250. The final price is influenced by factors such as the specific make and model of the vehicle, any additional services selected, and the booking period. No, background checks are not required. To book a vehicle from us, you only need to meet the following criteria: possess a valid driver’s license, have existing full coverage car insurance, and provide a credit card for the reservation. It’s important to note that we do not currently offer insurance for New York State drivers. Rest assured, as long as you fulfill the specified requirements, you can easily book a vehicle with us.
Yes, Monarq provides a 1-hour grace period for each booking, allowing for a small window of flexibility in returning the vehicle. However, if the vehicle is returned after the specified time, a late fee of $199 per hour late will be applied. We kindly request our customers to be mindful of the return time to avoid any unnecessary charges.
