Driver Requirements

To book an MONARQ vehicle, drivers must be 21 years or older and possess a valid driver’s license. For the MONARQ exotic class, drivers must be 25 years or older and are required to undergo a motor vehicle record report.

Insurance Requirements

Proof of auto insurance with full comprehensive and collision coverage is mandatory for all drivers. The minimum requirement is 100/200/100, indicating coverage of 100k for bodily injury liability per injured person, 200k limit for bodily injury liability per accident, and 100k for property damage per accident. For our exotic class vehicles, the insurance requirement is 100/300/100.

Regrettably, New York state driver’s licenses are not eligible for supplemental insurance. However, if you possess an out-of-state license, we can provide assistance with obtaining supplemental policies during the reservation period. For New York state license holders, we can still offer support by helping you contact your insurance company to explore options for increasing your current coverage during the reservation period.

Method of Payment

To secure the booking for all MONARQ reservations, a major credit card must be provided on file. It is essential that the credit card details match the driver’s license and insurance information. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards, debit cards, Zelle, Cash Apps, and wire transfers. However, at this time, we do not accept cryptocurrency as a payment option.

Deposit

To secure a reservation for an MONARQ vehicle, a deposit is necessary. Typically, we accept deposits through major credit cards, such as American Express, Visa, and Mastercard. The deposit amount varies based on the chosen vehicle type and the duration of the booking. For detailed information regarding the deposit amount and other reservation details, our MONARQ customer service representative will be delighted to assist you.
