Next, choose whether you would like to pick up the car or have it delivered to your desired location. Before finalizing the reservation, please ensure you have valid identification and proof of full coverage insurance ready. Once that’s taken care of, sign our digital agreement to confirm the reservation details. Complete the payment process, and you’re all set!
Yes, it is possible to make a reservation on behalf of someone else. However, it is important that the name on the reservation matches the name on the payment card and insurance. Additionally, you have the option to add additional drivers to the booking agreement.
To book a car with Monarq, you must be at least 25 years old.
No, background checks are not required. To book a vehicle from us, you only need to meet the following criteria: possess a valid driver’s license, have existing full coverage car insurance, and provide a credit card for the reservation. It’s important to note that we do not currently offer insurance for New York State drivers. Rest assured, as long as you fulfill the specified requirements, you can easily book a vehicle with us.
We do not accept prepaid debit cards or gift cards as forms of payment. To proceed with your reservation, all payment cards used must have an embedded chip and be linked to a bank account that matches the name on your Monarq booking agreement.
